Vorlon v2.0 Summary and Highlights

Summary

I am very excited to share that Vorlon has just released the newest version of our platform, v2.0! We have listened to feedback from our customers and prospects and made significant enhancements to our platform.

With third-party data breaches on the rise, these improvements will provide our customers with better visibility and control over the data communicated through third-party APIs, enabling organizations to be more proactive in mitigating the risk of data compromise through this attack vector.

Here are some of the highlights:

  1. Data Map

Vorlon's new data map provides users with a clear, intuitive representation of where their sensitive data is being transferred, helping them understand and mitigate potential risks associated with third-party app integrations.

This feature enhances transparency and security by allowing users to visualize data flows, thereby identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities more effectively.

  1. Reports and Trending

This highly requested addition is designed to help managers, such as CISOs or other organizational leaders, easily share critical data from the system with other stakeholders in their organization by exporting and sharing a PDF report generated in the system.

This feature facilitates better communication and decision-making within organizations by providing a straightforward way to share important security insights.

  1. Secrets Insights

Users now have the ability to get insights on individual secrets that should help with mitigating risks caused by misconfigurations and improper implementation of best practices.

This feature is crucial for improving security by ensuring that secrets are managed correctly, thus reducing the risk of data breaches.
